Touring with ARTSREACH - http://www.artsreach.co.uk/programme/index.php FOR DETAILS Unique play “Little Arthur’s History of England” shows the life of a Nanny and her charge in the nursery of a big house during the days and nights of September 1939. It is written and directed by Dorset based Peter John Cooper and performed by well-known Dorset actress Trisha Lewis. Today the play has a special relevance and poignancy.... When it was first performed, The Oxford Mail said it was an “An astonishing piece infused with warmth, humour and Melancholy”. “Little Arthur’s History of England” is a play of knockabout humour, melancholy, pathos and melodrama. It is suitable for all ages.
